How can I place an order?

You can call our stores and sign up on a "Call Back" list. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Currently the wait is a few days. Once we call, we gladly "walk you through" any area of our stores to help you find the items you need, organize the, pack them up and deliver them to either your car or home. Please make sure you order enough items to last you for various days since Call Back wait times may increase. We will soon be adding other channels and services to help you even better.

When will my order be delivered?

Once we take your order, it will be processed and delivered the same day within a few hours if placed before 3 pm. Orders placed after 3 pm may have to be delivered the following business day.

How do I pay for my order?

Once your order is assembled you can expect a call or text from us to process payment. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I add items to my order?

Once an order is placed items cannot be added to that existing order. Adding items affects our ability to fulfill orders for other waiting customers. To order additional products we ask you to please start a new order.

When can I expect a "Call Back"

We are experiencing a significantly high number of calls for orders. If you sign up on our "Call Back List" we will undertake all efforts to return your call within the next few days. As the log for new Call Back Request keeps increasing, returning your request may take longer.

How long will it take to process my order?

Once you finish placing an order it may take a few hours for our staff to put it together, package, and process payment.
