How do I place an order?

Orders are placed by phone. Simply call your nearest store to place your order. The store you choose to call will be your pick-up store when your order is ready.

Do all stores offer catering services?

You can place your orders in the following stores: - ALTAMIRA - MIRAMAR - SAN FRANCISCO - DORADO

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, You must cancel order 24 hours in advance.

How long - in advance - should I place my order ?

You should place your order three days in advance ( 3 days before your pick-up date ) Ex: If you need an order for friday, the order must be placed by tuesday.

Can I order an item that is not on the menu?

In most cases, yes. When placing your order, let us know of any particular product you may want to add or if you want to request special instructions for your order.

How is my order packaged?

Do you include cooking, heating or handeling instructions with orders?

Can I make changes to my order?

Do you have wine pairing suggestions for particular orders?
