MAIN DISHES

FRESH SEASONED HAM

COOKING:

Preheat oven to BAKE at 350° F. Roast in a deep covered roasting pan for 3 hours. Then remove cover or lid and and roast for another 90 minutes, uncover for 30 minutes at 400° F until crispy and golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 160° F. Let rest for 10-15 minutes, slice, and enjoy.

ANGUS BEEF TENDERLOIN ROAST

Filete de Res Angus

 

COOKING:

Preheat oven to BAKE at 350° F. Roast in a deep roasting pan for 1 hour for rare or 1 hour and 15 minutes for medium. Internal temperature should reach 125° F for medium rare or 135° F for medium. Let rest for 10-15 minutes, slice, and enjoy.

PORK STANDING RIB ROAST

Asado a la Princesa

 

COOKING:

Preheat oven to BAKE at 350° F. Roast in a deep covered roasting pan for 2 hours. Then remove cover or lid and roast for another 15 minutes at 400° F until crispy and golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 140° F. Let rest for 10-15 minutes, slice, and enjoy.

PERFECT PORCHETTA

 

COOKING:

Preheat oven to BAKE at 400° F. Roast UNCOVERED in a deep roasting pan for 3 to 4 hours until crispy & golden crust. Internal temperature should reach 160° F. Let rest for 10-15 minutes, slice, and enjoy.

 

HEATING: 

Preheat oven to BAKE at 350 F. 

Cover with foil and set in oven for 15-20 minutes or until warm.


 

STUFFED PORK LOIN

Lomo de Cerdo Relleno

 

COOKING:

Preheat oven to BAKE at 375° F. Roast in a deep covered roasting pan for 1 hour. Then remove cover or lid and and roast for another 20-30 min until golden brown. Let rest for 10-15 minutes, slice, and enjoy.

 

HEATING: 

Preheat oven to BAKE at 350° F. 

Cover with foil and set in oven for 15-20 minutes or until warm.

HONEY CURED HOLIDAY HAM

 

 No cooking or heating required. Just serve and enjoy.

STUFFED TURKEY BREAST

Pechuga de Pavo

 

COOKING:

  Preheat oven to 375° F. Roast turkey breast in a covered deep roasting pan for one and a half (1 ½) hours. Remove cover and cook for half an hour or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes, slice, and enjoy.

 

HEATING: 

 Preheat oven to BAKE at 350° F. Cover with foil and set in oven for 15-20 minutes or until warm.

RICE ~ ARROZ 

​

Preheat oven to BAKE at 350° F. Put rice in an oven-safe baking container. Splash a bit of water over the rice, mix, and cover. 

 

Heat in oven for about 8-10 minutes or until warm.

Microwave covered 3-4 minutes or until warm

SCALLOPED POTATOES

WITH CARAMELIZED ONIONS

 

Preheat oven to 350° F. Uncover dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

SWEET POTATO & MARSHMALLOW CASSEROLE

 

Preheat oven to 350° F. Uncover dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

CINNAMON GLAZED BABY CARROTS

 

Preheat oven to 350° F. Uncover dish and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

HOMEMADE STUFFING

Preheat oven to 350° F. Uncover dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Preheat oven to 350° F. Uncover dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

PASTEL AL CALDERO

 

Preheat oven to 350° F. Uncover dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Preheat oven to 350° F. Uncover dish, brush lightly with vegetable oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
